There were many things that happened in the past few weeks(in our school) and i'm no good of commenting which side is actually the part to be blamed. However, i'm trying my best not to get involved in such chaotic event. I should be much more flexible and be as neutral as can be.
However, in the end, i was stressed up as i was given 26 periods teaching MUET and 2 classes of SPM. I couldn't bare the consequences as these classes are exam classes. That doesn't include my other posts i hold in other clubs, uniforms and you name it. Hey Common! We have almost 81 teachers and those who could teach English subjects. And we're like what? 2 sessions. I'm getting married next year.Please understand..... My honey will be soon marrying a cuckoo wife hahahaha...
I was quite afraid of defending my own reasons whatmore to meet up my dearest PK1 on that matter. Having said of all the problems and chaoticness that all of us are facing, i dare not add up the heat of pressure.
Suddenly, my case was heard by my selected lawyer and i was called upon to meet the judge heheheeh. We didn't come into a conclusion that my periods will be reduced but i managed to get out from being the 'Ketua' from a particular club. Hermm-??? will it lessen the burden of marking.
It's quite tough after all. As i am the only one teaching MUET. Couldn't they find anyone who could help me?? My students will be sitting their exam in MAY. And after that i am finished with my upper six and continue to carry on with the new lower six in JUne. I need a breath!
Just because MUET does not effect the school's result, therefore they took this matter so light.
I'm not the only one capable of this particular language. And im no Machine.
It's like non-stop working and marking throughout the year... Please give me a rest! Give me form 4.

the silent complaint can be heard from here.lol. on the contrary, i am wondering on my position whereby i'm no longer teaching the MUET class and as well as Form 5, but most of it will be only Form 4. For some people, yes, it is agreed that lesser burden, but higher expectation as to equip the students with certain set of skills. as the ketua jadual waktu, it is quite heavy for having 26 periods based on ur case...

Mocking me eh?! hehheheheh:) Why arentchya teaching MUET and form 5? You supposed to be given those classes. Why? U have the ability to teach man! They are really losing someone who has the credibility of digging the skills and showering it to the ss. There are senior teachers i guess:p
-And u are the ketua jadual? That is a heavy work... and yes i will be quite packed nxt yr. I'll be doomed and stressed out.
-I hate maintaining the result for last year. it was quite impressive! I think i need more meditation...ammmmmmmmmm.....heheheh
I HEAR YOU, BABE! well, my 2011 schedule isn't something to be joyful either. I have 24 periods (including one P.Moral class) which is 2 periods lighter than yours. But I just can't stand that my plea to be removed as the Ketua SMM fell on the PK1's deaf ears. I didn't get the priviledge that the "other" guru data enjoyed, which is having 16-20 periods of teaching. Well, i'm going direct to the big boss...hopefully, he'll listen. I find it unfair that u be dumped with all the burdens of the exam classes! Why not suggest to ur ketua panitia to talk to the big bosses?hopefully that cud help ease ur 26 teaching periods.

U're in the same ship as i am huh. Ketua SMM? Whoa! That's a tough job. We have probs in our admin now. Everyone are getting heated up here for simple matters. Our skul is being spelled hehehe.
Annie & Jac-I went directly to the PK1 but she didnt reduced my periods just because last years' result tipped the best aftr 10 years.
-They should give me a break kan jac!!And there were other teachers who contributed the hike of precent. Huhuhuhhuh... Am stressed oredi. I dun like maintaining the resulT!!

Felly, i wish i can teach form 5; however, the KP has decided to give senior teachers to handle exam classes..believing that senior teachers have better skills as compared to novice teachers. as for me, i have no problemos with that.
yes, it is quite heavy to do the timetable particularly as ketua jadual waktu. i guess when we are lamenting on certain issues, nobody cares...kecian kita..hehe
Eric: u are no novice teacher lah eric. We all are no more under that category. We are developing day by day and learning but no more novice.
-I guess its just that they dont wanna burden u too much with what u are given now/nxt yr. Ur admin is nice.take form 4 and follow up next yr. i think thats what they are doing:)
-But, in my case. They didnt do that. They shud give me form 4 so nxt yr will just follow up:) But that sumhow didnt happened. My KB is going mad at all the arrangement of time table she had done for the teachers under the language deprtment and was totally different when it came out in the meeting. The ketua jadual waktu also query abt my timetable huhuhuhu:) I just hope for the best next yr and pray that my nuptial hour will go okay....Waaaargh!
